We're here to help in case you are facing any issues with your purchase.
Refunds
If for any reason, you are unable to attend your training, you can write to us at getmarching@marchingbots.com, with details of your registered training, to request a change of date. We will try to accommodate your request, based on best available basis. You have up to 3 months from the date of original training, to finish your course modules.
Once you have paid for a course, we reserve your place for the session. As that place is blocked for you, we will not be able to refund your fees.
